Alfie Leon is the Leon in Wolfson & Leon. He handles personal injury and litigation cases, mostly against insurance companies, and much of his day is spent on the phone with clients and adjusters, in depositions, and in Miami-Dade courtrooms. Clients in Hialeah often work with him in Spanish from the first call on.
He was born, raised, and educated in Miami. He earned a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology at Florida International University, where he was elected Student Body President, and his law degree from the FIU College of Law in 2014, where he served on the Board of Advocates and in the Health Law and Policy Clinic and received the Public Service Award.
Before practicing law full time he served as Chief Policy Advisor for the City of Miami. He has served on the FIU Board of Trustees, as a member and hearing officer of the Miami-Dade Commission on Human Rights, and as Vice-Chair of the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade. He is a member of The Florida Bar.
