What this site collects
This website collects only what you give it. If you send the consultation form, we receive your name, phone number, email if you include it, what you wrote, and the language you prefer. That message is emailed to the firm. It is not stored in a database on this website.
The server keeps a short-lived, in-memory count of form submissions per network address to stop abuse. It is not written to disk and it is not linked to your name.
Like every web server, ours records standard access logs (the address of the requesting device, the page requested, the time, and the browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to count visits, see which pages are read, and count clicks on the phone number. That helps us understand which answers people need. You can block it with any content or tracking blocker, and the site works exactly the same.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets its own cookies as described in Google's privacy policy. There is no advertising, remarketing, or third-party tracking pixel on this site.
What we do with your information
We use what you send us to call you back and evaluate whether we can help. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone outside the firm except as needed to represent you or as required by law. If we do not represent you, we keep your message only as long as needed to respond and to comply with the Florida Bar's conflict-check rules.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the website. The form travels by email, which is not a secure channel. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before we agree to represent you may not be protected as privileged. Call us instead if something is urgent.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a parent contacts us about a child's injury, we collect only what the parent gives us.
Your choices and questions
You may ask us what we have received from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it. Write to Wolfson & Leon, 1840 W 49th St #734, Hialeah, FL 33012, or call (305) 285-7071.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
